Did you sleep well enough? You’re looking a bit tired. It’s necessary that you pay some attention to the way you feel. Your body is trying to tell you something, but to hear, you need to be listening.

You are not used to taking good care of yourself. Since childhood, you’ve been the one taking care of everyone else, but you need to look after yourself, too. How can you be of any use to anyone if you are not functioning properly?

Because you are not used to resting, in the free time you have, you keep planning and trying to make every minute productive. This is not how you take time for yourself.

There’s a lot more that you can do with your time than working and thinking of work. In the time you have, there must be time for dreams, for friends and family, for exploring new things, and many other activities that are meant to give you energy.

Today, do something different. Just live. Don’t plan anything, and try to enjoy the fact that you have no responsibilities for this day. The energy you hold is not infinite, and it’s your responsibility to act in such a way that you always have plenty of it.

This means that when the work you do takes too much of your energy, you stop and give yourself time to grow back that energy. The energy grows back when you rest and when you do things that speak to your soul. To identify them, you need to explore and be curious, you need to learn to do what you want with your time.
